The whole place was fairly clean and the staff was excellent! Extremely comfy beds, climate control, a safe box and a writing table in the room. A beautiful building in the heart of Mexico City. Loved the excellent restaurant.

Amazing hotel, all of the staff were helpful and pretty friendly, ideal location next to the cafeteria. We had incredible and excellent room with smoke detectors. We loved great breakfast selection. The service provided there was great.

Outstanding service, really cheerful staff, fresh made breakfast. Fantastic view, a lovely balcony, comfy bed, too. The location was very scenic for what we needed. We stayed in the suite, within walking distance of Insurgentes metro station, just 5 minutes on foot. Oyster bar and lovely pool.
